Damien Forest

Damien Forest is Co-Founder and President of Praxy.ai, a healthcare AI company founded by physicians and AI engineers to help healthcare professionals reduce administrative burden while improving the quality and completeness of patient records. Praxy.ai’s solutions automate clinical documentation and streamline patient follow-up across in-person, telemedicine, and mobile care settings. With more than 15 years of experience spanning technology, healthcare, operations, and strategy, Damien has built a career at the intersection of innovation and execution. Before launching Praxy.ai, he advised leading organizations including Danone, Coca-Cola, La Poste, and Schneider Electric on operational excellence, go-to-market strategy, supply chain transformation, and digital business models. He also held leadership roles at innovative startups including Rovenso, where he led the commercialization of autonomous robotics solutions, and Castalie, a sustainability-focused water technology company. Damien is actively involved in France’s innovation ecosystem through organizations such as Medicen Paris Region and MEDEF 92, where he contributes to initiatives focused on artificial intelligence and healthcare transformation. He holds an engineering degree from Supélec, a Master of Computing from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs, and professional certifications in supply chain management and Python development.
