Enrique Prazian

Enrique Prazian is the founder and CEO of Algos, a French AI company focused on building operational, secure, and business-centric artificial intelligence systems. With a career shaped by unconventional learning and hands-on experience, Prazian has established himself as a specialist in applied AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Entirely self-taught, he built his expertise through practical deployments across both public and private sectors, working with enterprises, universities, government institutions, and elected officials. At Algos, he leads the development of CMLE Orchestrator (Contextual Multi-Level Expert Orchestrator), an AI architecture designed to integrate advanced language models into real-world business workflows. Under his leadership, the company has developed AI solutions for industries ranging from finance and retail to public administration, with a strong emphasis on data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and measurable operational impact. His work includes custom LLMs, enterprise AI audits, orchestration systems, and AI deployment strategies focused on reducing hallucinations and inference costs while improving reliability. Before founding Algos, Prazian worked as an independent technology consultant and served as a parliamentary advisor at the French National Assembly, where he contributed expertise in cybersecurity, digital communication, and defense-related technology policy during the COVID-19 period. He also participated in large-scale AI-driven digitization projects for the University of Poitiers, developing OCR and photogrammetry pipelines for the preservation of French cultural heritage.
