Franck Rougeau
Franck Rougeau is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive with more than 35 years of experience spanning telecommunications, enterprise software, digital platforms, immersive technologies, and artificial intelligence. A graduate of CentraleSupélec and Illinois Institute of Technology, he began his career in international business development and held leadership roles at Philips Communications Systems, Lucent Technologies, and Nortel Networks, managing global accounts and driving expansion across Europe and Asia. He also spent several years representing major French industrial and technology organizations in Taiwan and Greater China. Over the past two decades, Rougeau has founded and led multiple technology ventures. These include Netova, an early broadband networking company; Sparkom, a cloud-based social support and learning platform; OuiHop’, a real-time urban mobility application; and VR Connection, a leading French hub for immersive technology collaboration and deployment. He is also co-founder of Inversive XR, a platform for managing and distributing immersive content across virtual and augmented reality environments. Today, Rougeau is the co-founder and CEO of Morphism, a mission-driven AI company focused on understanding and influencing the dynamics of information propagation. Morphism is developing advanced AI and probabilistic digital-twin technology to detect coordinated inauthentic behavior, model information diffusion, and help organizations reduce the impact of manipulation campaigns in digital ecosystems. In parallel with his entrepreneurial career, Rougeau has served in public leadership roles, including as a commercial court judge and deputy mayor of Massy.
