Houcine Mansour

Houcine Mansour is a seasoned industrial executive, entrepreneur, and engineer with more than two decades of experience spanning nuclear energy, industrial operations, engineering management, and artificial intelligence. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions within major organizations, including AREVA NP, Onet Technologies, NOVA, Exail, and Graphitech Nuclear, where he led large multidisciplinary teams, managed complex industrial operations, and delivered strategic transformation initiatives. In 2023, Houcine founded EXANODIA, a technology company specializing in AI-assisted non-destructive testing and industrial inspection. Through EXANODIA, he is advancing the adoption of artificial intelligence to improve the reliability, efficiency, and safety of critical industrial assets. A graduate of École Centrale de Lyon with a Master's degree in Physics, Houcine also holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from aivancity School for Technology, Business & Society. His unique combination of deep technical expertise, operational leadership, and business acumen enables him to bridge the worlds of advanced engineering and digital innovation.
