Ines Iraki

Ines Iraki is a Franco-Moroccan entrepreneur, investor, and operator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare, and deep technology. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Uncovr, a startup developing what it describes as the world’s first ambient AI model that transforms robotic and minimally invasive surgical videos into structured, billable operative reports. Through Uncovr, Iraki is focused on modernizing the documentation and coding of surgical procedures using computer vision and machine learning. Prior to founding Uncovr, Iraki worked as a Growth Equity and Venture Capital Investor at Bpifrance, where she evaluated and supported leading European technology and life sciences companies, including Owkin, Bioptimus, DNA Script, Exotec, Withings, Pasqal, and Electra. She also served as Founder in Residence at Entrepreneurs First and was an early operator at TheremIA, a precision medicine startup focused on neurodegenerative diseases, where she helped shape the company’s fundraising and go-to-market strategy ahead of a €3 million raise. Iraki’s background combines business, public health, and technology. She studied at HEC Paris and Sciences Po, with additional academic experience in financial economics at Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
