Sébastien Malcotti
Sébastien Malcotti is a product executive, entrepreneur, and innovation strategist with more than 15 years of experience building products, organizations, and innovation programs at the intersection of design, technology, and emerging industries. Trained as an industrial designer at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, one of France’s leading design schools, he has developed a multidisciplinary career spanning product leadership, venture creation, innovation consulting, and organizational design. Before joining Morphism, Malcotti founded and led several ventures and innovation initiatives. He was the CEO and co-founder of Lay3rs, a technology startup, and previously served as Head of Innovation at Matrice, where he led the development of innovative projects and organizational transformation initiatives. He also co-founded Studios Singuliers, a collaborative workspace and entrepreneurial community that operated in Paris for nearly a decade. Earlier in his career, he worked as a service designer and innovation consultant, helping organizations translate complex challenges into actionable product and business strategies and contributing to humanitarian and territorial innovation initiatives. Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Morphism, Malcotti is responsible for product vision, user experience, and organizational execution. His expertise lies in transforming complex technological capabilities into coherent products, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and building scalable structures that enable deeptech companies to move from research and experimentation to market adoption.
